Event description

Kiln carving involves cutting out pieces of fibre paper for the glass to slump over once it is fired in a kiln, creating a relief design once the glass settles around the cut fibre paper. Designs will be taken away and fired, resulting in a beautiful piece of glass kiln carved artwork to be collected from the library at a later date.
