Individual organiser
Artists and freelancers delivering events independently without partner organisations or venues. This category does not apply to any freelancers representing or running events with a school, business, or organisation.

Grassroots organisations
Small, hyper-local community or volunteer-led groups run on limited budgets with low annual turnover. This category does not apply to organisations that deliver a formal/structured public programme, or have a staff team equivalent to more than 2 full-time paid staff.
