Event description

Join us on the final day of the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize exhibition for Drawing Relays, a fun and informal series of lightning talks in which exhibiting artists share the ideas and stories behind their drawings.

Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole session, with two sessions to choose from! Free entry, no booking required.

This is the last day of the exhibition, which is free to enter and will be open to the public between 11am-6pm.

The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize is the UK’s leading open exhibition and awards programme dedicated to contemporary drawing. The 2026 exhibition will open to the public from Thursday 17th September to Sunday 4th October 2026, 11am-6pm daily, free entry, and will then tour until summer 2027. 92 drawings by 86 artists have been shortlisted from an international submission by Matthew Burrows MBE, Sook-Kyung Lee (Director of the Whitworth) and Professor Anita Taylor (University of Dundee).
