Event description
Join Pita Santos and The Big Draw for a fun, free, drop-in badge-making workshop at London's new home for illustration!
This workshop is part of the launch of The Big Draw Festival 2026! On Saturday 3rd October, we’ll be taking over Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration with a jam-packed and joyful programme of artist-led workshops, drop-in activities, gallery tours and more inspired by this year's Festival theme, Make a Mark.
Pita Santos (also known as Pitahpat) is a queer Filipino illustrator, comic artist, zine maker, graphic designer, and creative facilitator based in Manchester, UK. Their multidisciplinary practice blends analogue and digital methods to create vibrant, identity-driven work. Pita’s work aims to amplify underrepresented voices, create inclusive creative spaces, and bridge cultural divides through illustration, zine-making, and collaborative publishing.
Who can join
Everyone, all ages are welcome, whether you're a lifelong artist, an enthusiastic doodler, or haven't picked up a pencil in years.
