Phoebe Cope, The Jungle Within

Event description

This morning we will draw from the interior of the gallery utilizing the dynamics of the group within the immediate gallery surroundings.
We will discover vignettes in proximity or vistas in the distance, in order to achieve a vision of our unique personal understorey, the animated, vitalistic forest-like wilderness in each of us.

Participants will be given licence to abstract, edit, exaggerate, underestimate, to be straight or crooked , measured or gestured, grand or intimate in any or in all of the tones, from grisaille to full spectrum.

Free, all ages welcome, please bring the materials you require
