Event description

Dala horses are traditional, painted wooden toy horses originating from the Dalarna region of Sweden. They are decorated with colourful patterns and symbolise hope and strength.
In this workshop, artist Jennie Yarnell from Outline Arts will be showing children and their families how to create their own pattern with mark making and shapes, which can then be used to transformed a plain wooden horse into a colourful work of art to keep.
