Elisha is the Programmes and Operations Manager at The Big Draw. With a background in community engagement and arts programming, Elisha is dedicated to creating accessible projects that unite diverse audiences. Based in East London, she has managed everything from curating multi-site exhibitions to designing and delivering educational programmes at institutions like the National Gallery.
Elisha's work has always centred on building strong, lasting partnerships with local artists, organisations, and communities, ensuring that every project is community-driven and inclusive. She is incredibly excited to be joining The Big Draw Team as she believes the act of drawing helps us to gain a deeper understanding and personal connection to the world around us.
