This workshop will give you some of the basics to start using art in a mindful practice, explore shapes and colours, patterns and textures in this 2 hour workshop.

Christine is Audhd – Autistic and Adhd and her most recent work has been exploring the neurocomplexity of her internal and external experiences of the environment and social interactions.

She has experience of managing and delivering community arts projects and works as a freelance community artist alongside her own fine art practice. She is the founder of Neurodivergent Creatives, a monthly meet up for creatives to develop their practice in a supportive environment which is funded by the Movers and Shakers fund from Make Shift.

Everyone is welcome but please note there is a staircase up to the first floor.
