Get creative during half term and enjoy making drawings in the gallery with artist Liz Picton. An art hunt in the gallery will wake up the imagination. The surreal strangeness of photographs made by Canadian artist Serge Clément will be the trigger for picture making.
These are drop in activities - join at any time during the morning and stay as long as you want. The activity is suitable for all ages. All materials provided
Visiting us is easy we are about a mile away from the centre of Cardiff
Bus: the baycar comes to Cardiff Bay every 10 mins
Train: catch a train from Queen St station to Cardiff Bay station every 12 mins
Bike: follow the Taff Trail to Cardiff Bay visit
On foot: a twenty minute walk from central Cardiff

Limited metered parking outside the gallery in Bute St and West Bute St ( 6 hours max £3.60 in change)
BayArt is a large open plan space with a small safe enclosed outdoor space. Hot and cold drinks will be available. Wheelchair access is possible through the entire site with 2 small lifts. Ramped access is available at the rear of the building. Children might be asked to use materials such as charcoal or paint. To avoid damage to clothing, please bring aprons / protective clothing e.g a large shirt with sleeves trimmed.
